About RedClick (Generali Irish branch)

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

Generali España de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A., trading as RedClick is a Cavan-registered insurance consultancy. We were founded to solve one specific problem: drivers in Ireland, especially newcomers and non-EU licence holders, being quoted €3,000–€5,000 for cover that the law only requires to be Third Party.

We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, hold premiums or settle claims. We act as an introducer between you and a partner insurer authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland under the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations 2015.

What we do

  • Collect your vehicle, licence and driving history details through a secure form.
  • Match your profile against partner insurers willing to write Third Party cover at non-broker pricing.
  • Issue, on the partner insurer's behalf, the Certificate of Insurance and Policy Schedule in your name within 24 hours of payment.
  • Stay your single point of contact for renewal, mid-term changes and complaints.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell Comprehensive cover. Damage to your own car, theft and fire are not insured under Third Party policies.
  • We do not cold-call. If you receive a call claiming to be RedClick without you having submitted a quote, hang up and report it to complaints@redclick.insure.
  • We do not request payment by gift cards, crypto or wire transfers to personal accounts. Ever. See our Security & Anti-Scam page.

Regulatory note

The underwriting insurer behind your policy is named in full on your Certificate of Insurance and Policy Schedule.
