Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of redclick.insure (the "Site") and the introducer service provided by Generali España de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A., trading as RedClick ("RedClick", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland with registered office at 5 Town Hall Place, Farnham Street, Cavan, Co. Cavan, H12 V9F5, Registered No. 904632, VAT IE9952754S, Central Bank reference C1299. By using the Site you accept these Terms.

1. Our role

RedClick is not an insurance undertaking. We introduce you to a partner insurer authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The insurance contract is between you and that partner insurer. RedClick is not a party to that contract and has no power to vary, suspend or cancel it.

2. Quotes and pricing

A quote shown on the Site is an indicative price based on the information you provide. The final premium and any policy excess are confirmed by the partner insurer before payment. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself, the vehicle and your driving history. The duty of fair presentation under the Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019 applies.
• Hold a valid driving licence accepted in Ireland for the vehicle category you intend to drive.
• Notify us within 7 days of any change that may affect cover (address, vehicle, conviction, claim).

4. Payment

Premiums are paid in euro by card or SEPA bank transfer to Generali España de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A., trading as RedClick or directly to the partner insurer where indicated. We never accept gift cards, cryptocurrency or payments to personal accounts. See our Security & Anti-Scam page.

5. Activation and documents

Once payment is confirmed, the partner insurer issues the Certificate of Insurance and Policy Schedule in your name. These documents typically arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of payment. Cover begins on the start date stated on the Certificate of Insurance — not before.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, RedClick is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence within the EU.
